Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) is the brainchild of the visionary industrialist, Late Shri Krishan Lal Gupta. He is the founder of the group. He has distinguished himself through his significant contributions to business, academics, research, government, and society at large.

GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS), Greater Noida, offers Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) approved by A.I.C.T.E and Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. PGDM is the flagship program of GNIOT Group which opens a new world of opportunities for the students. Our emphasis is on holistic development of the students. Interdisciplinary approach is implemented in the teaching-learning process and research. Courses

PGDM 4.0 offered at GIMS is a two-year full-time programme, which follows the trimester system. The first year comprises core courses and the second year consists of elective courses. The programme offers dual specialization in second year. The pedagogical methods for teaching are lectures, case studies, project work and simulations.

These methods are further augmented by online certification programs from different providers, group discussions, role-plays, movie screenings and industrial visits. To ensure effective learning, the institute leverages these latest technologies to make the teaching-learning process more experiential and participative integrating the benefits of group based learning. The programme is crafted in such a manner that academic rigor is maintained. The students are continuously evaluated in their performance.

The teaching pedagogy helps students to experience the management predicaments and empower them to take decisions on real time scenarios. Additionally, corporate connect is maintained through regular interactions with industry experts. Workshops, participation in conclaves, co curricular activities, etc encourages learning for a deeper academic and practice based foundation. Analytical skills are developed amongst students which help them in enhancing decision making capabilities.

Candidate should be a graduate / post graduate in any discipline from Universities and Institutions recognized by AICTE / UGC / AIU with minimum 50% aggregate.
Candidate are required to have appeared in any of the following competitive exams, namely CAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT / ATMA / GMAT or any competitive exam / test acceptable as per AICTE guidelines.
