What is IBSAT?

IBS Aptitude Test or IBSAT is a national, level entrance exam that is conducted by IBS Hyderabad to offer MBA or PGPM courses. The score of IBSAT can be used for admission to nine ICFAI Business Schools (IBS) that include IBS Hyderabad, IBS Mumbai, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Pune, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Jaipur, and IBS Dehradun.IBSAT is a two hour computer based test (CBT) with multiple choice questions. IBSAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates aspiring to get admission to the MBA/PGDM programmes offered at IBS campuses will be required to meet the prescribed IBSAT 2026 eligibility criteria. Applicants who do not satisfy the eligibility requirements may not be considered for admission.

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks.

• Final-year undergraduate students will also be eligible to apply for IBSAT 2026, subject to completion of graduation within the stipulated timeline.

• Candidates possessing valid GMAT, CAT or NMAT by GMAC scores will be exempted from appearing for the IBSAT 2026 exam and can directly apply for the IBS selection process.
